So early in the morning, I left Dogo, took the tram to Matsuyama, then the train to Okayama, then tranfered to the Shinkansen to Himeji and walked up to the castle. Aren't you amazed I did all that without getting lost, or even getting on one of the trains at the last minute?
No no, the trip was very pleasant, and the view was actually quite nice. Anyway, the castle was really impressive, huge, and very interesting. After that, right during sunset, I walked through the Himeji koko-en, a series of nine beautiful gardens. Then back on the Shinkansen to Osaka.
