So Tuesday night, I went to Okonomiyaki-Mura, a three-storey high okonomiyaki forum, with lots of little okonomiyaki shops. Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima is quite different from the kind I had in Kamakura: while in Kamakura they just gave me a bowl of ingrediens to mix and cook myself on my table, the one in Hiroshima is prepared by the waiter, and composed of several layers of stuff.
I picked a stand randomly, and as soon as I sat down, half the people present started asking me lots of questions. We ended up trying some nice liquor (I forgot the name), and I had a great evening. On the way back (through Peace Park), I folded a crane to go along with the others on the Children's Peace Monument.
